This page says what SigoKit collects, why, and for how long. It describes what the system actually does, not a template copied from elsewhere.

What we collect

When you buy. Your email address, your name if you fill it in, the language you were reading, and the contents of your order. Email is required because it is what links you to the licence you bought.

When you use the site. Your IP address, the country and city derived from it, your network provider, your browser type, and the page you arrived from. We record this at two moments: when you add software to the cart, and when you create an invoice.

When you activate the software. A machine fingerprint computed by the app itself, the machine name, operating system, app version, and the IP address of the most recent activation.

When you sign in with Google. Only your email address and display name. We do not read your contacts, do not read your mail, and post nothing on your behalf.

What we use it for

We do not sell your data to anyone.

Who else sees it

How long we keep it

Orders and licences are kept indefinitely, because they are the proof that you bought something. Visit records are kept for analysis and are not tied to your name. Write to us if you want them removed.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. If you ask for deletion, the licences you bought go with it, because the two are linked. Reach us through the contact page.

Cookies

We use cookies for three things: remembering your cart, remembering a discount code you entered, and keeping you signed in. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking scripts on this site.
