14-day refund
Within 14 days of buying, write to us if you change your mind and we will refund you. No reason needed.
The money goes back the way it came: a bank transfer returns to your bank account, USDT returns to the wallet you sent from.
After a refund
The licence is revoked. Software already installed stops working at its next scheduled check, within seven days at the latest.
When we do not refund
- The licence has used all its device slots and has been transferred repeatedly, which indicates a shared key.
- More than 14 days have passed.
- A monthly plan has already run its full cycle.
What if the software is broken
If the software does not work on your machine and we cannot fix it, we refund you even after the 14 days. You paid to have something that works, not to own a key.
How to ask
Write through the contact page and include the invoice number, which starts with SGK. We reply within one working day and send the money within three working days of agreeing.
