What you are buying
You buy the right to use the software, not the software itself. Each licence may be activated on a set number of devices, stated at the time of purchase.
A lifetime licence does not expire. A monthly plan expires after one month and does not renew automatically — we do not hold your card and will not charge you again unless you buy again yourself.
Devices and transfers
Reinstalling the operating system on the same machine does not use another slot. To move to a different machine, release the old one in your account page; you may do this up to five times per year. That limit exists to stop one key serving a whole office, not to inconvenience someone who genuinely changed machines.
What you may not do
- Share the licence key beyond the devices you paid for.
- Resell, rent out, or redistribute the key.
- Interfere with the software's licence checking.
Breaking these terms means the licence is revoked without a refund.
What we promise
The software is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and fix faults we find, but we do not promise it suits every purpose or runs on every configuration.
Our liability in any case does not exceed what you paid for that licence.
The activation server
The software contacts our server to activate and to re-check periodically. Losing your connection for a few days changes nothing. If we ever stop trading, we will release a build that no longer needs to check.
Changes to these terms
Changes take effect when posted on this page. A licence you already bought stays under the terms in force when you bought it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam.
